Tungsten Carbide Rings are a powder metallurgical product and are usually used in the prefinishing to finishing stands of bar rolling lines as well as in the monoblock of wire rolling lines, i. e. in all places where grooves and surfaces of the rings demand are exposed to extreme conditions.
Tools steel makers do not only require accuracy in terms of dimensions, grades and metallurgical properties. They also need semi-finished products which adapt to the demands of the working conditions (such as air humidity, cooling conditions etc).
The tungsten carbide cutting and slitting blades made by powder metallurgic method are widely used for the cutting of non-ferrous metals, cardboard/paper, chemical fibres, graphite and plastic.
